This e-Registration Platform is owned by Der Sprachen Hub | German Language Academy the trade mark and service of the Akagera Rhein Center. By registering at this online Platform you agreed that your personal datas will be stored electronically on our online facilities and server in order to keep you and register you as our clients. The online registration and application for a language courses or other trainings is free of charge. There is no extra registration fee for using our online service. The person who failed to register or apply online by himself/ herself could be charged a no reimbursable registration /application fee if the registeration is to be done by our staffs. You will only charged the official Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy' administration's fees.

We guaranteed that you will not be able to book the same course at a lower price anywhere else. If you find a lower price for the same course and with same learning conditions and with the environement, you will be granted a refund of the price difference.

Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy provides this online platform for the convenient enrolment directly with our language academies in Rwanda. The contract is made directly between the participant and the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy.

The enrolment is realised by applying thought the online enrolment procedure. As soon as the availability is verified the student will receive a written confirmation of the course enrolment and an invoice from the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy. The reservation only then becomes obligatory for the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy if this is approved in a written form. The participant is bound to the registration until the confirmation of the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy at the most 3 days after the entry date of the enrolment. If the participant needs a visa, it is recommended that you apply at least 6 weeks before the course starts, and please check the Emigration and Immigration regulations.

We (Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy) provide an online platform through which you can register and book our products and services for order/reservation and through which visitors of our online platform can, reserve, and partially pay these services. By making a registration on our website you enter directly into a contractual relationship with us. We solely transmit the relevant details and send you a confirmation for and on behalf of the academy. We do offer courses, training, and other related language services. The information displayed on our website is based on the information provided by Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy. We are responsible for the accuracy of the information. Unless stated otherwise, our online reservation service is free of charge for our participant and unlike many other websites for booking language courses we will not charge any additional reservation fees. We offer the possibility of partial advance payments being made to the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy during the reservation process via our payment service. These are required by the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy to guarantee placements. These advance payments are charged via our payment service for and on behalf of the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy. Any such payment facilitated by us constitutes a payment to the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy, which the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy automatically deducts from the remaining course fees to be paid to the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy. Upon acknowledgement of course confirmation the participant enters a contract directly with the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy. The balance of the payment will be made directly to the academy. Currency conversions on the website are based on the daily exchange rate and will fluctuate with the daily variations in the exchange rate. For the pre-payment the exchange rate of the day will be applied. Always the currency of the school applies.

You can negotiate a favourable term for making changes if these changes are occurred one week before the starting of the courses or trainings. These courses or trainings are marked with “Free changes” on the courses or trainings profile and in the registration form. For these courses and trainings starting dates and courses can be changed free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the course or training. No fees will be charged for changes communicated to us in writing within two business days of the booking confirmation. No fees will be charged for extensions or upgrades of bookings at the same period or course or training. In all other cases, if the participant would like to make modifications to a confirmed booking, a change fee of 50.000 Frw will be charged. For changes communicated less than 30 days before the start of the booked services, Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy reserves the right to pass on to the participant additional costs resulting from the change. Changes of courses or trainings, reduction of course durations and downgrade of services are considered as cancellations and the cancellation terms apply.

Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy can agree to provide a full refund of tuition fees only until 30 days before the start of the course or training. Courses and trainings where the Free Cancellation policy applies are marked in the courses/ training page on our site with FREE cancellation and indicates exactly how many days before the start of the course or training the participant will receive a full refund. For further details refer to our Refund Guarantee. For all other courses and training which do not fall under the Free cancellation policy the following standard cancellation terms apply: The participant may cancel the enrolment at any time prior to the start of the course. The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing by the person that booked the course or training. A cancellation will result in the following cancellation charges as specified below: 46+ days before course start: All fees are refunded apart from amount of first payment upon booking; 31-45 days before course start: 75% refund apart from amount of first payment upon booking 16-30 days before course start: 60% refund apart from amount of first payment upon booking 1-15 days before course start: 25% refund apart from amount of first payment upon booking First payment/deposit made upon enrolment as well as courier fees for sending invitation letters for visa application are non-refundable. After the start of the course, the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy will pay no refunds. Requests for refunds of contracted insurance services are regulated by the conditions of the insurance and need to be communicated by the participant directly to the insurance. It is recommended to contract a cancellation insurance upon enrolment to cover the cancellation costs if you cannot attend the course for medical reasons. To avoid or minimize cancellation fees, you may present another person to participate in the course in your place or you may request ahead of time to postpone the course to another date. Frequently, Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy could then charge no fees or only a small administrative fee for the delivered services. If you have booked under a free cancellation promotion as indicated on your registration form, no cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the deadlines indicated there. The Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy reserves the right to provide a virtual alternative via live videoconference, where physical attendance in the classroom is not possible by either party due to Government restrictions caused by pandemics or other catastrophic events.

In case of printing, writing or calculation errors, the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy reserve the right to cancel the contract.

If a participant is forced to cancel the course due to the entry visa denial after a timely visa application, all payments and deposits made to us will be returned. Academy may charge a maximum of 50.000 Frw for banking and administration fees. The participant will need to present a document demonstrating the visa rejection at least 3 weeks before the start of the course or accommodation booking. In order to cancel, you can just notify us via our contact form or replying to the email address in your booking confirmation. See also our refund guarantee.

The information and personal data you provide will be treated in accordance with our privacy policies. By making use of this website, you consent to the processing of your data, and it is declared that all given information is accurate.

If the participant receives a lack of proper care during his language course or training, he is obliged to inform the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy management immediately and to request remedy. By disregarding this obligation, the duty of remedy is forfeited. It is recommended to get a confirmation of complaints in writing.

It is the participant's responsibility to fulfil the requirements which are necessary for the execution of the journey to the course, such as passports, visas, customs rules, health instructions, and insurances. To deliver the required visa documents the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy may charge an additional courier delivery fee for courses booked on short notice before the start of the course. Additionally, the participant should inform the academy in time about infections and vaccinations as well as other prophylaxis measures and get medical advice if necessary. General information for travelling is provided by local health authorities and medical services.

Each participant is responsible of his/her accommodation. But our institution can assist you in case you are in impossibility to finde it from you home. Here an extra agreement is to be done and the service is not free of charge. The desired type of accommodation will be selected and assigned by the participant. But as an extra service delivery the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy can arrange. Normally accommodation is booked from Sunday (=day before start of course) until the Saturday (=day after end of course). If the participant wants to stay more nights, the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy charges an additional accommodation fee. The Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy will try to fulfil all preferences which may be listed explicitly in the comment field of the registration form. The student will receive detailed information about the accommodation approximately 1-2 weeks before the start of the course or training. Accommodation is generally provided through a third party and terms and cancellation conditions of the accommodation provider apply. Should a participant encounter problem or is not happy with the assigned accommodation, this must be reported immediately to the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy, or to us, so that actions can be taken to remedy the situation.

The participant can purchase an airport transfer within the enrolment form. This service includes being met at the airport by Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy representative and transportation from the airport to the accommodation. All flight information should be sent at least one week before arrival. This service is also available at additional cost for the return trip. 10. Minimum

In case the minimum group size for a course is not reached, the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy reserves the right to give a reduced number of individual/minigroup classes or shift instead of the booked group class or shift. Der Sprachen Hub | German Language Academy has the right to offer an other shift which was not initially booked.

a) Agreements on changes and additions to the described services and booking have to be given in writing (e.g. email). b) If nothing different is noted, it implies that sightseeing, and trips, course materials etc. are not included in the price and have to be paid upon arrival or as required. c) Unless specifically noted, classes do not take place on local and national holidays or on Saturdays and Sundays. Missed classes are neither made up nor refunded. d) If the course or training must be modified or even cancelled because of uncontrollable events, force majeure, failure of public transport, official arrangements, changes in the timetable, strikes, unrests or other mandatory reasons outside of the control of the academy, this does not justify claims for restitution.

If not otherwise indicated, prices are in the local currency of the country in which the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy located. These are the original academy prices without any add-ons and are generally the lowest prices offered by the Der Sprachen Hub | Languages Academy. Price conversions to other currencies on the website, documents or communications are for information only. All published prices have been provided by the academy who are responsible for the accuracy thereof. Prices are without guarantee until full confirmation of course has been provided. All due fees has to be paid on the give effective deadline.

If any provisions of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof.
